 How to Enter:
Visit the Loyal Oarsman Pub and make your best guess at how many mini footballs are hidden inside the Christmas balls hanging around the bar.

 Each entry is $5 and all proceeds go directly to Kingston Minor Football League.

About Kingston Minor Football League

The Kingston Minor Football League is a not-for-profit youth football organization dedicated to providing young athletes in our community with the opportunity to learn and play the sport of football. Our mission is to foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development while creating a positive and supportive environment for all participants.

Contest Overview

• Contest Name: So You Think You’re a Baller?
• Contest Period: November 25, 2025 – December 7, 2025

Prizes

• 1st Prize: 4 x Mastercard Lounge tickets to the Toronto Raptors vs. Boston Celtics on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Scotiabank Centre (Valued at over $3000). Donated by Jim Thompson Chrysler.
• 2nd Prize: 11 Box Suite Tickets to the Kingston Frontenacs vs. Windsor Spitfires at Slush Puppie Place on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 7:05 PM. Generously donated by a locally owned and operated business.
• 3rd Prize: 4 tickets to a regular season Ottawa Redblacks game of the winner's choice in the 2026 season (Valued at ~$440). Donated by Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (OSEG).

How to Enter

1. Visit The Loyal Oarsman Public House.
2. Observe the Container: Look at the containers filled with mini footballs.
3. Record Your Guess: Fill out a guess card with your estimate of the number of mini footballs TOTAL in the containers, along with your contact information.
4. Entry Fee: Staple a $5 bill to your guess card.
5. Submit Your Entry: Deposit your completed guess card and payment into the designated guess box.

Contest Rules

• Eligibility: The contest is open to all attendees of The Loyal Oarsman Public House during the contest period.
• Unlimited Entries: Participants may submit as many guesses as they wish.
• Guessing Limit: All guesses must be submitted by 11:59 PM on December 7, 2025.
• Determining Winners:
  • The participant with the correct or closest guess to the actual number of beads will win the 1st prize.
  • The next closest guesses will win the 2nd and 3rd prizes.
• Winners Notification: Winners will be contacted by phone on the evening of December 9, 2025.
• Prize Acceptance: Prizes must be claimed in accordance with the instructions provided at the time of notification.

Additional Information

• No Refunds: The $5 entry fee is non-refundable.
• Contest Modifications: The organizers reserve the right to modify contest rules or prizes at any time.
• Liability Waiver: By entering the contest, participants release The Loyal Oarsman Public House, Kingston Minor Football League, its sponsors, and partners from any liability related to the contest.
